CamSIS sign in error

There was an issue signing you in to CamSIS. There are several possible reasons for this, but please try the following to help you sign in successfully:

• Verify that your University account credentials are correct
• Check that your browser is set to allow cookies
• Clear your cache and cookies and close down all of your browsers - you can also try incognito mode if you are still having issues
• Sign in via the CamSIS website instead of using bookmarks or favourites, which can get out of date

It is also possible that you may not have an active account on CamSIS:

• If you are a new student, your access to CamSIS may not become completely active until the first day of term
• If you are a recently completed student, you should register for an Extended Self Service (ESS) account which allows alumni ongoing access to their student record
• Administrators can find out more about CamSIS accounts
